| 1. It is as simple as entering a door. “I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved,” (John 10:9a) 2. It is as simple as calling for help. “For whoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13) 3. It is as simple as coming when called. “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28) 4. It is as simple as receiving a gift. “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23) |
| It is as simple as drinking water. “But whosoever drinketh of the water I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” (John 4:14) 6. It is as simple as eating bread. “I am the living bread. “I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live forever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.” (John 6:51) 7. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life. |
