Our Purpose is to define authentic manhood. In our society, being a man is confusing. There are a number of definitions according to the world’s standards. We look at the Biblical call to be a real man as one who rejects passivity, accepts responsibility, leads courageously and invests in eternity.

Our Purpose is committed to glorifying God by providing women with opportunities for Discipleship, Fellowship and Fun. The WOJ ministry involves women of all ages and stages of life. Foundational to all we do, is our commitment to equip women to grow in their relationship with Christ.

SENIOR ADULTS
Being a Christian is a lifelong commitment. That is another way of saying there is no retirement from it. The Young at Heart Ministry at Munford Baptist attempts to provide opportunities to keep on keeping on. We do this through Bible study, Fellowships, and other opportunities to serve the Lord and serve others.

CHILDRENS
Our desire is to connect children to Christ, each other and to support parents in their roles as Christ-followers and mentors of their children. We recognize that parents have been given the primary responsibility for their children’s faith education (Deuteronomy 6:4-9). As a ministry we want to do what we can do to reinforce what you are teaching your child about the love of God through Christ.

MBC College is a vital ministry. We have regular events throughout the school year, weekly bible studies, retreats, service projects, and much more! Our goal is to provide a community for students to seek the Lord and be transformed by the work of God in our midst!

STUDENT
Our Student Ministry is a place for students grades 6-12 to start and/or grow in their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Here you can meet new Christian friends, learn about the Father and His amazing love, have fun together in Christian fellowship, and learn to deal with the challenges that today’s teens face in the power and wisdom of the Holy Spirit.

MUSIC
We were made to worship God. The music and worship ministry of MBC seeks to lead people to worship God through the corporate Sunday worship services and in their everyday lives. We believe a lifestyle of worship leads to obedience and a Christian world view, causing us to see others as Jesus sees them and to respond to the physical and spiritual needs of those around us.
